Parent support group for blind and visually impaired children. Stephanie Lopez, supported by Children’s Therapy Network is looking for interest in a parent support group for visually impaired children.

Stephanie Lopez of Oxnard is a mother of a child who is blind and physically delayed. Because of the experiences, Stephanie has pursued a career to help others. Stephanie is now employed as the patient liaison, office assistant and infant massage instructor by Children’s Therapy Network.

Stephanie’s most current project is the organization of a parent support group for children who are blind or visually impaired. Stephanie states “I just want to get the parents together so that they know they are not alone. I felt so lost when I found out that my child was blind, I don’t want others to feel that same”.
