EARLY INTERVENTION

Early Intervention refers to the treatment of children under the age of three years of age that have been identified to have or be at risk for a developmental or speech delay.

Treatment could be a combination of therapies, implementing a multi-disciplinary approach. The family is an integral part of the therapeutic approach, as the mission is to increase the child’s functional potential and empower the family to be the child's best ally. An early intervention assessment may also assist in early diagnosis of disorders such as autism, language delays, sensory processing delays, or learning disorders.
